Just a quick note to pass on all the positive feedback we have received from the wedding last weekend. Can you please pass on our thank yous to the Chef, to Brett & their staff. Can you congratulate them all on a job well done. We have had so many comments on the quality & quantity of the food & service.

As we all know for an event to be success, it takes careful consideration on the little details & excellent organization to make it successful. You where the 3rd co-coordinator that we had thru the time leading up to the wedding. You where professional, very prompt in communication with us & I had every faith in your ability to make this a successful evening. From the very first meeting I felt comfortable in the fact you would do a great job.

Just to elaborate on how much a particular guest enjoyed their evening. I had a neighbour who owns a nursery & she was telling me that, she had a customer telling her that they had been to our wedding the day before, & it was the best food they had eaten at a wedding in a very long time. It is this type of feed back that you & your staff should be congratulated for & your higher management should be giving you all a big pat on the back.

All I am receiving is extremely positive feedback, including that which must be relayed to the people concerned at the Sanctuary: everybody thought the food was the best they’ve ever had and there was SO MUCH food! I hope you had as good an evening as we did at the Sanctuary last night. Yes, the night went without a hitch! The room looked teriffic, the staff was friendly and helpfuil, the food was delicious and plentiful, and everything ran to clockwork.

The Welcome Reception was most successful, the parents were delighted and it set a great atmosphere for the evening. The kids looked gorgeous and they danced all night. Putting us onto Neil Fisher was a stroke of brilliance. He met all our requirements for the music and went out if his way to be helpful and supportive; he was a key component to the success of the night. There were very few people who didn’t hit the dance floor and stay there all night.

To top it all off, i headed off home by 10.55 and didn’t raise a finger to clean up. What a joy for me as organiser! Thanks for making the organisation of the Grace Christian School Stepping Out Reception and Ball a triumphant success. It has been a joy to meet and work with you.

I am confident that the school will try and do it all again next year in just the same way.
